Make sure the post code is correct
Order in good time
If the delivery is to an office block, consider maybe alerting the receptionist so that the balloon is passed as quickly as possible to the recipient
Remember that deliveries can be early in the morning, and that someone must be available at the address to sign for the box

Deliveries can only be made to UK addresses

For deliveries required on

Tuesday,
Wednesday
Thursday
Friday

then the deadline for ordering is 3pm on the previous day. Deliveries are then scheduled to be made before 1pm.

For deliveries required on
- Monday
the deadline for ordering is 10:30am on the previous Saturday. Deliveries are then scheduled to be made before 1pm.
For deliveries on
- Saturday,
then the ordering deadline is 3pm on Friday. Deliveries are then scheduled to be made before 1pm. Please note that there is no guaranteed service from Royal Mail on Saturday. Although the delivery success rate is high (over 90%), we also offer a guaranteed courier service at an additional cost.
If in doubt, or if you have only just missed the deadline, then please email or preferably phone us on 0845 519 1231, and we will try to help.

General points
There are no deliveries on Bank Holidays - neither are there any postal collections so we cannot despatch on Bank Holidays

We cannot offer a same-day delivery service.

Whilst we can receive orders on Sundays, we cannot offer Sunday despatches or Sunday deliveries
