These Terms and Conditions apply to personalised badges, rosettes and clothing and other personalised items, and are not necessarily relevant to items supplied ex-stock . For these other items please refer to the column on the left.
Order Processing/Refunds
- The goods will be despatched usually within 3 working days (often quicker).
- All items featured online are subject to stock availability.
- If you order an item that is out of stock we will contact you by e-mail :
- You can then decide to: (i) Substitute it with another item (ii) Keep the selected item on back order (iii) Cancel your order completely without charge (iv) Delay the whole order until all items are in stock
- Defective goods may be returned to us in their original condition and packaging for a full refund.
- Except for the above, refunds will only be given at the discretion of the management, provided goods are returned in good condition, at the purchaser's expense. Refunds are subject to a £2 administration fee if the initial payment was made by Credit/Debit Cards . Postage charges are not eligible for refund. Returns can only be made with our prior agreement.
Delivery and Delivery charges
- If you require a delivery on a specific date then please make a note of this in the comments section when you fill in the order form. We will endeavour to comply with your request but it should be noted that unless you choose the 'Next Day' courier service, we do not offer a 'guaranteed day' delivery service.
- Postal charges are added at the check out stage.
- Guaranteed deliveries on specific days for the UK mainland (Monday-Friday), can be made by choosing 'Next working Day' Courier at the Check Out / Payment stage. There is a standard £6 charge for this service. This service is not available for certain areas such as the Scottish Islands, Highlands and parts of Northern Ireland. - You can always check the cost of an overseas shipment by viewing the shopping cart and then proceeding to the postage page. This will show the cost of the shipment including postage. You can then continue shopping or decide to check out or to remove items from the cart. When you choose to checkout the postage will be recalculated.
- The cut-off point for 'next working day' deliveries is shown on the web site calendar - and depends on the delivery method selected
- Overseas shipments are dependent on the weight.
- For shipments outside the UK, we will normally despatch these by Royal Mail on a 'to be signed for' delivery basis. The transit time is normally 5-7 working days depending on the destination.
- In the unlikely event that a delivery is declared lost by the carrier, you will be entitled to either a replacement or full refund.
- We cannot be held responsible for actions or delays beyond our control.
Payment details
- Payment can be made for all products online or offline. Payment is collected securely by Worldpay, NoChex or PayPal.
- We accept all major credit cards, cheques drawn on a UK bank or Sterling value Postal Orders. Payment should be made to CardsnBadges .(the address is given below)
- We also accept orders and credit card information by phone, fax, or post.
- We reserve the right to delay despatch of orders until payment has cleared
- If we agree to ship the order prior to payment being received, then payment must be made upon receipt of goods. Any delay in payment beyond 30 days will attract a late payment fee of £20
Product Details
- Photographs and images of the products may differ from the actual products, as each craftsman that we use will obviously create in his own style.
- Due to the hand made nature of several of the products, slight variations in the actual colour and size may also occur.
- If requested, we are always happy to let you have digital images of the items in stock so that you can see the various designs currently available .
- We do not make any claims regarding suitability for purpose of any of our products and do not accept any liabilities, directly or indirectly,resulting from the usage of the products.
Duties and Taxes
- If any items are sent overseas, then they may be subject to local duties and/or taxes.
- Any payment of these duties and taxes has to be made by the person receiving the consignment.
Privacy policy
- Any personal details entered during the online ordering process are used only for the purpose of processing your order online.
- We do not pass your details to any third party.

Order Processing/Refunds

- If we have supplied a copy or proof of the artwork/design for approval, either in hard copy or electronically, and this has been accepted, then we cannot accept any responsibility for any subsequent errors. Any errors that our shown to be due to us will be corrected free of charge.
- Except for the above, refunds will only be given at the discretion of the management, provided goods are returned in good condition, at the purchaser's expense. Product & Personalisation Details
- All badges are supplied with safety pin clips on the back. If the badge is for a child under 3 - please tell us, so we can supply a safety clip fastening
- There is no minimum order quantity
- Due to the hand made nature of several of the products, slight variations in the actual colours may occur.
- We cannot guarantee to print to specific Pantone colours on small orders.
- We cannot reproduce anyone else's trademarked text, trademarked logos or copyrighted images. We take every effort to avoid use of anything that is copyright or trademarked but it is the ultimate responsibility of anyone requesting any personalised text, image, graphic or photograph to ensure that there are no legal reasons to prevent their use. By placing the order and accepting our terms and conditions, then the purchaser agrees, without reservation, to indemnify us against any legal action that might ensue and to accept legal responsibility and costs associated with any consequent legal action.
- If you are supplying us with a photograph or original artwork then you must ensure that you have the photographer's or artist's permission to use his/her work - and if required you must provide us with proof.
- Notwithstanding this, any photograph, text or image if supplied to us or any text requested from us will, by default, be assumed to have the requisite permissions obtained for reproduction purposes. If as a result of the use of the image or text there is any legal challenge regarding the legality of such use, then by requesting us to produce the order, you agree to indemnify us against any legal action that might ensue, and agree that any legal costs incurred in the defence of the action, as well as the cost of our time, and any other costs we incur as a result of this incident, will be passed to you.
- Please supply as large an image as possible and do not crop any photographs too tightly
- Please ensure that you carefully read the washing/cleaning instructions for clothing and mugs
